Clean and very tidy facilities, hot showers with good pressure, sauna was faboulus! BBQ areas super handy. Need to bring your own cutlery and crockery (there were only very few available, which was still a nice surprise). Affordable laundry. Lovely staff!

Stayed for a wet New Years. The place dried up rapidly after the storm. Our family of 6 had a great time over our 7 night stay. Very hard to fault the campsite as it has always been a great place for us to stay. Facilities aren't new however theyre kept clean. Ben & Sunny were great hosts.

After revisiting Top 10 Holiday Orere point after four years, the overall experience surpassed expectations. Various activities, including mini-golf, and the cleanliness of the environment were outstanding. Particularly, the spa and sauna, contrary to negative reviews, were well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat. The assistance of friendly staff and swimming in the river added an extra layer of uniqueness to this vacation. Our family created happy memories, and we discussed revisiting with the kids.

Really nice campground. Ground was a bit hard for tent pegs. Facilities were clean. The dining area is great. The kids loved that there was so much for them to do there. I’d recommend aqua shoes for swimming with kids. Spa was overpriced so didn’t get to try that.

Our family booked 1 Annex cabin, one powered campsite and one non-powered campsite. It was the perfect sites to cater to our group. We were able to set up our lunch tables under the trees each day so we could all eat together, as it was too …

Immensely disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency. Attempted to stay for the third time, only to be informed we are being discriminated due to their dog policy, which they refuse to disclose or present to their customers unless they pick and choose on the day. When questioned, the customer service clerk does not answer most of your questions, and refuses to give basic customer service. Despite maintaining a clear line of questioning just so we understand their policies, their emails quickly became short and nasty. Will absolutely be sharing this with our wider network of camping friends and family - as this place does not deserve any business with this current style of operating. Do better Orere Top 10. There isn't room for secret discrimination in 2024. Edit: management is pretty poor in their comms and addressing a customer's questions. Would never recommend, notice their reply to my review again does not even address my concerns. A good manager would be contacting customers and communicating properly.

Overall experience was good. The staffs are friendly and nice. The park may need some make over to be done. Visited this place with family and friends. Loke the powered camp aite. Very spacious and close to communal facilities.
